1 pack phyllo dough (store bought or home-made)
1 handful of walnuts
2 tablespoon walnut oil
1 heaping tablespoon cinnamon
3 tablespoon powdered sugar
Preheat the fan oven to 170 degrees. Roll out the dough and brush it with walnut oil. Sprinkle with cinnamon and powdered sugar then grate the peeled apple on top. Pound the walnuts in a mortar until fine but not mushy. Sprinkle over the dough. Roll up the dough along the long edge, then cut into half-inch slices and place them in cupcake forms. Bake them in the hot oven for 25 minutes.
