Mustard seed oil

Published: 2016. Feb 8.

The cold-pressed mustard seed oil has a golden color and a pleasant scent of mustard. It is rich in Omega-3 and -6 fatty acids, as well as in vitamin A and E and beta-carotene. Due to its high content of essential fatty acids it can contribute to strengthening cell walls and making them more flexible as well as stimulating memory and mental activities. It also has a strong antibacterial effect.

Mustard seed oil adds heat to the body and causes local congestion, it can therefore be used externally to ease rheumatic and joint diseases, in the form of a compress or rubbing. When added to a warm footbath, even mixed with milk to help it dissolve, it can also be useful in case of colds.

I would like to buy it!
