Sour cream dip with garlic and paprika seed oil

Ingredients:

-  30 ml sour cream
-  2 cloves of garlic
-  parsley, chives to taste
-  salt

Clean and crush the garlic, wash and cut the parsley and chives into tiny pieces. Mix these with the sour cream and the paprika seed oil then add salt to taste.

Works as a perfect dip with carrots, celery stalks or paprika. You can also use it as a salad dressing or side dip for cooked and roasted meats.
