Banana Smoothie with Walnut Cream

For breakfast, brunch or as an afternoon snack, this is an extraordinary banana smoothie. It goes also well with a pinch of cinnamon.


Ingredients:


  • 1 heaping tablespoon of cold pressed walnut cream
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 300 ml milk


Mix everything with a hand mixer and enjoy. :-)
