Spinach with Fried Eggs

An All-Time Classic

This recipe might not be as exciting for experienced housewives, but there might be someone who could use such a basic yet classic recipe. :-) In any case, it is a good idea for a casual dinner! :-)

Ingredients (for 2 people):

  • 2 tablespoon milk thistle seed oil
  • 500 g fresh spinach
  • half an onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • a quarter of a nutmeg
  • 250 ml cream
  • eggs and ham

Chop the onion and the garlic and fry in oil until soft and translucent, then add the roughly chopped spinach. Add cream, grate in the nutmeg, then salt and pepper.

Cook with the cream and wait until slightly thickened (10-15 minutes).

Fry ham and eggs in a drop of oil and serve with the spinach.
