Pumpkin seed flour
This flour is made of hulless oilseed pumpkins. It has a characteristic taste and aroma and a vivid green color.
Due to its very high protein content consumption of gluten-free pumpkin seed flour is highly recommended to ones on a vegan diet. It is not only a perfect source of vegan protein, it also has an almost perfect amino acid composition containing high amount of 8 essential amino acids.
