The pairing of onion and cheese is an eternal classic, but at Flatland, we’ve taken it to a whole new level. We skipped the flavor enhancers, texture improvers, and preservatives. Instead, we took real chives, ground them into a fine powder, and kneaded them directly into our dough.
The result? An incredibly tasty, highly addictive savory snack. The premium Gouda cheese and sunflower seed flour provide the perfect texture and depth, beautifully rounded out by the delicate, slightly sweet, and oniony aroma of the chives. A light, spring-vibed snack for any day of the year.
