Instead of mass-produced, refined oils, Grapoila uses premium cold-pressed sunflower oil as a base, which lends the product its characteristically delicate, pleasant sunflower aroma. Another unique feature is our thickening process: instead of traditional industrial emulsifiers, we use golden flaxseed flour produced through our Zero Waste manufacturing process. This flour is a natural source of fiber, protein, and minerals, enriching the mayonnaise with valuable nutrients. Its balanced acidity is provided by apple cider vinegar and lemon juice concentrate.
