Apple and Walnut Mini Rolls

Ingredients:

- 1 sheet puff pastry (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 handful walnuts
- 2 tbsp walnut oil
- 1 heaping tbsp cinnamon
- 3 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 apple

Preheat the oven to 170°C with fan. Roll out the dough (store-bought just needs to be unrolled), then brush it with walnut oil. Sprinkle with cinnamon and powdered sugar, then grate the peeled apple over it. Crush the walnuts in a mortar, finely but not into a paste, and sprinkle them on top of the dough as well. Starting from the longer side, roll it up, then cut into 1.5 cm slices and place them in a muffin tin. Bake in the hot oven for 25 minutes.
