Walnut Oil Waffle
Ingredients:
- 500 g flour
- 0.5 liters milk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 100 ml walnut oil
- 4 eggs
I mixed the flour, eggs, walnut oil, and sugar together, then gradually added the milk until it formed a thick, lump-free batter. I heated up the waffle iron, drizzled a few drops of walnut oil on it, then put in two large tablespoons of batter. It seemed like a small amount, but thanks to the eggs (even without baking powder or baking soda), the waffles rise nicely and fill the space.
