Flaxseed Flour Bread
Ingredients:
- 500 g low-fat quark
- 250 g rolled oats
- 50 g wheat flakes
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 100 g ground almonds
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp caraway seeds
- 1–2 tbsp sunflower seeds
- Salt
- Spices to taste
- 5 eggs
- Half a packet of baking powder
- 3 tbsp buttermilk
- 100 g linseed flour
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl using a hand whisk. Once the dough has come together, pour it into a greased rectangular loaf pan. Smooth the top and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F) and bake for about 50 minutes. Let it cool in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack and slice.
