Pumpkin Seed - Chocolate Waffles
Ingredients:
For 8 pieces
- 2 eggs (size M)
- 60 g homemade date cream
- 50 g pumpkin seed butter
- 70 g grated raw carrot
- 80 ml water
- 100 g almond flour
- 10 g baking powde
- 50 g pumpkin seed flour
- 30 g chocolate
- sunflower oil for cooking
Preparation:

Grate the carrot. Place all wet ingredients (eggs, pumpkin seed butter, date cream, water, and carrot) into a blender and blend until smooth. Mix the flours thoroughly with the baking powder and chocolate, then pour in the wet mixture. Stir the batter until smooth and lump-free, then start baking the waffles in a greased waffle maker.
