Curd Dumplings

Ingredients:

-For 18 pieces-

  • 200 g curd cheese
  • 70 g dried apricot cream (dried apricots blended with a little water)
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Zest of 1 organic lemon
  • 120 g almond flour
  • 100 g sliced almonds

Preparation:

–15 minutes–

Measure out all the ingredients for the dumplings (except the sliced almonds!) and mix everything thoroughly by hand until you get a uniform dough. Then form small dumplings. Toast the sliced almonds in a pan — if you have walnut oil at home, definitely use it to help with the toasting process. As soon as you smell the almonds’ aroma, roll the dumplings in them.
