Pinky Cabbage Salad

Ingredients:

–For 4 people–

  • 250 grams cabbage (raw)
  • 250 grams red cabbage (raw)
  • 100 grams carrot (raw)
  • 100 grams Greek yogurt or skyr
  • 50 grams vegan mayonnaise
  • 1 pinch dried dill
  • 10 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 10 grams honey mustard sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

–15 minutes–

Grate the raw vegetables and place them in a bowl. Make a mix from the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, and mustard sauce, then season it with the ingredients listed above. Pour this cream over the vegetables, mix thoroughly, and you're done.

Store in the fridge until serving.
