Spring Dip with Hemp Seed Cream

Ingredients:

  • 200 g hemp seed cream
  • 450 g curd cheese or cream cheese (depending on desired texture)
  • 330 g 20% sour cream
  • 1 bunch of spring onion (adjust to taste)
  • Half a bunch (approx. 50 g) fresh parsley
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)

Finely chop the spring onion and parsley, then add all the other ingredients and blend thoroughly using a food processor or hand blender. It's best to prepare it the day before so the flavors can meld. Perfect for dipping carrots, celery sticks, bell peppers, cucumber, or veggie chips.
