Spring Dip with Hemp Seed Cream
Ingredients:
- 200 g hemp seed cream
- 450 g curd cheese or cream cheese (depending on desired texture)
- 330 g 20% sour cream
- 1 bunch of spring onion (adjust to taste)
- Half a bunch (approx. 50 g) fresh parsley
- Salt (to taste)
- Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
Finely chop the spring onion and parsley, then add all the other ingredients and blend thoroughly using a food processor or hand blender. It's best to prepare it the day before so the flavors can meld. Perfect for dipping carrots, celery sticks, bell peppers, cucumber, or veggie chips.
