Lightning-Fast Chocolate-Hazelnut Pudding
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp hazelnut flour
- 3 tbsp oat flour
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- ½ tbsp golden linseed flour
- 2 squares dark chocolate (about 10–20 g)
- 1 tsp honey/maple syrup
- Pinch of salt
Preparation:
Thoroughly mix the flours with the cocoa powder and salt. Add 100 ml HOT water/milk/plant-based milk, the chocolate, and sweetener, then stir everything together. If it seems too thick, you can thin it with more hot liquid. Warm, it’s creamy and delicious; cooled, it’s pudding-like — however you prefer it.
Tip: try it with pumpkin seed flour and white chocolate, berries instead of cocoa powder, or walnut flour with peach.
