Sunflower Seed Flour Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup (approx. 150 g) sunflower seed flour
  • 1/2 cup (approx. 110 g) granulated sugar
  • 2 small eggs
  • 1 level teaspoon baking powder or baking soda
  • 1 packet (8 g) vanilla sugar
  • 50 g dark chocolate chips or dark chocolate broken into pieces
  • A few drops of lemon juice

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F). In a bowl, thoroughly knead all the ingredients together. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more sunflower seed flour. Shape the dough into small balls with your hands and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, making sure they are not too close to each other. Flatten the balls to about 1.5 cm thickness with your hand or the bottom of a glass. Bake for about 10-12 minutes, until the bottoms of the cookies turn light brown. Let them cool on the baking tray.
