Poppy Seed American Pancakes

Ingredients:

–For 3 people–

  • 190 g banana (about 1.5 medium-sized bananas)
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 5 ml sunflower seed oil
  • 10 ml poppy seed oil
  • 1 large pinch cinnamon
  • 20 g ground poppy seeds
  • 5 g baking powder
  • 100 g oat flour

Preparation:

Mash the banana, then add the egg and oils. Whisk thoroughly with a hand whisk until fluffy.

Add the dry ingredients, including the poppy seeds, and mix well. Cook the pancakes in a lightly oiled, not too hot frying pan.

Fry for 1 to 1.5 minutes on each side. Using a tablespoon to portion, you’ll get about 10 pancakes.
