Coconut Balls
Ingredients:
–For 9 medium pieces–
- 130 g almond flour
- 50 g coconut cream
- 60 g date paste
- 15 g cocoa powder
- 2 handfuls shredded coconut
Preparation:
–5 minutes–
Measure all ingredients into a bowl, then knead together by hand.
With wet hands, form balls from the mixture and roll them in shredded coconut. Store in the fridge until serving.
