Tahini Banana Granola

Ingredients:

  • 2 bananas (200 grams)
  • 3 tsp sesame cream
  • 100 g large-flake oats
  • 50 g pecans
  • 30 g crushed flaxseeds
  • 30 g pumpkin seeds
  • 30 g sliced almonds
  • 30 g hemp seeds
  • 30 g cashews
  • 30 g sunflower seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Preparation:

–20 minutes–

Blend the banana and tahini in a food processor until completely smooth.

Measure all other ingredients into a bowl, then pour the banana mixture over them. Mix thoroughly, then spread the mixture onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Bake at 200°C for 15 minutes until crispy. Stir halfway through to ensure even roasting.
