Sunflower Seed Spread
Ingredients:
- small handful of walnuts (optional)
- 50 ml olive oil
- 3 large handfuls arugula
- 1 bunch chives
- 2–3 cloves crushed garlic
- 1 tbsp sunflower seed flour
- salt
Grind the walnuts, then put all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until creamy. If the spread is too thick, loosen it with a bit of olive oil; if too thin, add more sunflower seed flour or arugula/chives.
