Stuffed Sesame Baskets

Ingredients
Makes 8 pieces

  • 1 small banana (75 g)
  • 40 g sesame seeds
  • 2 generous pinches of Ceylon cinnamon
  • plus peanut butter and almond butter for filling

Preparation:
Ready in 30 minutes

Mash the banana with a fork and mix in the sesame seeds. Spoon the mixture onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper, shaping small nests by creating a dip in the center of each.

Bake at 180 °C for 18 minutes. Once baked, fill the indentations with peanut and almond butter.
