Cashew Slices
Ingredients
Makes 10 slices
- 90 g cashews
- 10 fresh pitted dates (100 g)
Preparation:
10 minutes
Place the cashews and dates into a food processor with a blade attachment and blend until combined. Press the mixture by hand into a small square-shaped dish and refrigerate for at least one hour. After chilling, cut into slices and wrap them in parchment paper.
