Sesame Crackers
Ingredients:
- For 1 baking tray -
- 1 stalk fresh spring onion (20 g)
- 30 g unsalted butter
- 50 ml milk
- 10 g nutritional yeast flakes
- 1 g salt
- 2-3 g baking powder
- 25 g sesame seeds
- 100 g whole spelt flour
Preparation:
- 30 minutes -
After washing, slice the spring onion fairly thinly.
Melt the butter and mix it with the milk, then add all the remaining ingredients. Knead the dough thoroughly by hand. Place the dough between two sheets of baking paper and roll it out thinly. Then transfer the bottom sheet (with the rolled dough) onto a baking tray, and cut the dough into your desired squares or rectangles.
Bake at 180°C with top and bottom heat for 15 minutes.
(Keep an eye on your oven; if rolled very thin, it may bake faster.)
