Vegan Christmas Cookie Balls
Ingredients
Makes approx. 15 pieces
- 100 g almond flour
- 100 g date paste
- 35 g hazelnut cream
- 5 g baking powder
- 5 g cinnamon
- 50 ml almond milk (or any plant-based milk)
Preparation
Measure all ingredients and mix thoroughly until a thick, cohesive dough forms.
Pour the mixture into a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for approximately 20 minutes at 180°C using top and bottom heat.
Once baked, let the dough cool completely. Then, break it into smaller pieces by hand.
With slightly wet hands, shape the mixture into balls of your preferred size. Place the cookie balls in the refrigerator for at least 2–3 hours. After chilling, decorate them as desired—rolled in ground walnuts, sliced almonds, or leave them plain.
