Poppy Seed Waffles
Ingredients
Makes approx. 8 waffles
- 120 g oat flour
- 1 ½ ripe bananas (about 110 g)
- 1 medium egg
- 40 g ground poppy seeds
- 40 ml milk or plant-based milk (just a splash)
- 3 g baking powder
- 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
- 3 tablespoons poppy seed oil
Preparation
Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend until the batter reaches a thick pancake-like consistency. Spoon the batter into a lightly oiled waffle maker and cook until golden brown.
Serve drizzled with almond butter and fresh fruit on the side.
