Garlic Sesame Pak Choi
Ingredients
For 1 serving
- 3 heads pak choi
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 tbsp sesame seeds
Preparation
10 minutes
Cut the beautiful pak choi into thirds.
Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan and start sautéing the pak choi.
After about 3-4 minutes, flip the pak choi over. Press the garlic cloves onto it and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
If you like spicy flavors, feel free to add some chili flakes at this point. Serve immediately.
This makes a great winter side dish.
