Pumpkin Seed Cream Sandwich Spread
Ingredients:

- 50 g mascarpone
- 45 g pumpkin seed cream
- 10 g finely chopped chives
- A few sprigs of finely chopped parsley
- 1 tsp honey-mustard sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:

Finely chop the fresh herbs. Using a whisk, blend the mascarpone and pumpkin seed cream until creamy, seasoning with salt and pepper. Add the mustard and herbs, then mix again until well combined.
This spread is perfect for sandwiches, as a dip for vegetables, or even as a filling.
Tip: For extra texture and flavor, add roasted pumpkin seeds, flaxseeds, or sunflower seeds.
