Sesame Crackers

Ingredients

- Makes 1 baking tray -

  • 120 g sesame seed flour
  • 30 g ground linseed
  • 10 g olive oil
  • 120 ml water (or more if needed)
  • Salt, pepper, and spices to taste (e.g., ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon rosemary)

Instructions

Mix the sesame flour, ground flaxseed, and spices together. Add the olive oil, then gradually pour in the water until you get a flexible dough. Roll the dough out to 2–3 mm thickness on a sheet of parchment paper, then cut into your desired shapes.

Bake in a preheated oven at 170–180°C for 12–15 minutes, or until crisp.

The result is a crunchy, gluten-free cracker!
