Pistachio Cookies
Ingredients
- Makes 16 cookies -
- 100 g pistachio flour
- 100 g almond flour
- 5 g baking powder
- 1 egg (medium)
- A generous pinch of salt
- 130 g date paste
Instructions
- 15 minutes -
Thoroughly mix the dry ingredients with a whisk. Add the egg and date paste to the bowl, then knead everything together. Using a tablespoon, scoop the dough onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top and bottom heat) for 10–12 minutes, until golden and set.
