Hummus
Ingredients:
- 300 g canned chickpeas
- 2 tbsp sesame seed butter
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Salt
- Freshly ground pepper
- 1 tsp hot paprika-seed oil (optional)
Preparation:
Blend all the ingredients using a blender, hand blender, or food processor until you reach a creamy consistency. If you prefer a more rustic look, you can leave it slightly chunky. Those who like bolder flavors can decorate it with a little hot paprika-seed oil.
