Another Victory at the Great Taste Awards
We’re proud that, year after year, more of our oils and flours are honored with the prestigious star label reserved for the very best.
At the 2022 Great Taste competition, the jury evaluated more than 14,000 entries from over 110 countries — all blind-tasted, meaning their decisions could not be influenced by branding, packaging, or marketing in any way. This makes the awards credible, impartial, and final.
THREE OF OUR OILS ENTERED THE COMPETITION
Our range of cold-pressed oils has always been impressively diverse — we press oils from 20 different seeds — but this year, we took things even further.
Alongside our well-known Salad Oil Mix, we surprised the London judges with two brand-new creations. To our great delight, all three oils performed excellently, proving that we never compromise on quality or flavor.
Since our founding 13 years ago, our mission has been to bring the finest cold-pressed oils to people’s tables — oils made with carefully selected ingredients, a refined pressing technique, a gentle process, and 100% natural, additive-free components.

🥗 GRAPOILA SALAD OIL MIX
This oil blend was developed in collaboration with a dietitian and a chef.
Our goal was to create a salad oil that enhances the taste of salads while also boosting their nutritional value.
What can an oil dressing add to already healthy, nourishing vegetables and fruits?
We designed Grapoila Salad Oil to enrich dishes with a significant amount of Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids, vitamin E, and other antioxidant nutrients.
It’s perfect for salads, cold platters, and light dishes — and it’s also available in a certified organic version.
Ingredients: cold-pressed corn germ oil, sunflower oil, hemp seed oil, flaxseed oil
🧄 GRAPOILA ORIENTAL OIL MIX
Our key partner, Eisberg (renowned for their salad products), approached us with a request to develop an oil blend that would perfectly complement their "Chickpea Salad Bowl."
The result was this Oriental Oil Mix, whose harmonious flavor profile didn’t just win over salad lovers — it also wowed the Great Taste judges, who awarded it two stars and described the golden mix of sesame and corn oil as "divine."
They also praised its sweet and savory notes, its fresh, green character, and mentioned that they would happily use it in their own kitchens.
Is there a greater compliment for a cold-pressed oil mix?
What makes this blend unique is that, thanks to the heat tolerance of its ingredients, it’s not only ideal for seasoning salads, but also excellent for cooking. Use it to elevate dishes of the Eastern kitchen or anything made in a wok!

🎃 GRAPOILA ROASTED PUMPKIN SEED OIL
To delight foodies, we now also offer one of our most popular oils — pumpkin seed oil — in a roasted version! The production method remains cold pressing, but the seeds are gently roasted beforehand. While this heat treatment slightly reduces heat-sensitive vitamins and nutrients, it intensifies the flavor, creating a deeper, more robust taste experience.
The jury’s verdict?
“The oil’s wonderful aroma immediately invites tasting. The roasted aroma blends beautifully with the nutty pumpkin seed flavor, which fully blossoms without becoming overpowering.”
Initially launched only in English-speaking markets, this award-winning oil has been available in our webshop since 2022 — alongside the classic, nutrient-rich, unroasted pumpkin seed oil version that Grapoila is known for.
